What are the minimum guest counts?

Minimums vary by package. The Unlimited Taco Bar starts at 12 guests, the Limited Taco Bar at 12, and Chef On Site Service has a 2-hour booking minimum rather than a guest count minimum.

How much notice do you need?

We prefer a minimum of 3 days' notice for best availability, but we often accommodate shorter-notice requests depending on the date and package — just ask.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian taco varieties (like Crispy Cauliflower, Vegetarian, and Mixed Mushroom) and can tailor a custom menu for allergies. Let us know during the quote process and we'll handle it.

What's included in the service?

Every package includes full setup, hot-line taco service, a complete toppings and salsa bar, serving ware and disposables, breakdown of the station, and cleanup once service wraps. Chef On Site adds a live chef and helper for an interactive experience.

Do you require any special setup from the venue?

We need access to a prep area, a flat surface for the taco bar, and ideally proximity to a power source. We bring our own serving equipment; full details are confirmed before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. We'll confirm exact terms in your quote.

How does pricing work?

The Unlimited Taco Bar is a flat per-person rate ($24), the Limited Taco Bar is priced per taco ($5.50–$7.50 by protein), and the Chef On Site Service is billed per hour ($55, 2-hour minimum). Add-ons are priced per person and can be ordered for a portion of guests.
